Medical Insurance:

Critical Illness Insurance
As a supplement to the high deductible health plan (HDHP), ATS provides critical illness insurance at no cost to all employees covered under the HDHP.
Accident Plan
In addition to the critical illness insurance, ATS also provides accident coverage at no cost to all employees covered under the HDHP.
Plan 2: $1,500/$4,500 Deductible Plan:

Dental Insurance:

(Some restrictions apply; $1,000/year maximum; $50 deductible on restorative & prosthodontic)

Vision Insurance:
EyeMed
Plan 1: Eye exam and Materials:
$10 co-pay for exam; $25 co-pay for materials and contact lens fitting
Plan 2: Materials Only:
$25 co-pay for materials and contact lens fitting
Basic Life/AD&D Insurance:
Automatic enrollment in $10,000 of life insurance coverage provided by ATS. You also have the option to purchase an additional $20,000 of coverage for $2.10/month.
Optional Life Insurance:
Coverage available up to 5 times your covered annual earnings up to a maximum of $200,000. Rates based on coverage amount and age group of employee. Coverage for your spouse and children is also available.
Section 125/Flexible Spending Accounts:
Available to pre-tax medical/dental insurance premiums and to reimburse eligible medical and/or day care expenses on pre-tax basis. (Medical Flexible Spending Account: Eligible the 1st of the plan year following benefit effective date.)
401K/Profit Sharing Plan:
ATS provides ways to assist employees in retirement planning:
The ATS 401k plan allows employees to tax defer up to 70% of their gross annual salary
Contributions to a ROTH 401k are also available. ($18,000 maximum/year); ATS match is discretionary; the declared match is 50% of the first 4% contributed up to a max of $1,000/employee
Vacation:
* based upon 1/52 of the previous twelve month’s earnings
Disability Insurance:
Automatic enrollment in $500/month Long -Term Disability Benefit provided by ATS. You can choose to pay for an increased benefit up to $1,500.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
Free and confidential problem solving resource available to all employees, their spouse and dependents to assist with personal problems, financial and budgeting difficulties, legal questions, etc. (Maximum of 3 free consultations and/or visits per family member per year.)
