Haul the Loads That Keep America Moving
ATS heavy haul company drivers move everything from massive generators and bridge beams to military and wind energy components, and our fleet is one of the most diverse in the industry, including:
- 13-axle perimeter trailers
- Double-drop extendables
- Schnable trailers (specialty)
With this unique variety of equipment, you'll have the opportunity to take on new challenges, expand your skills, and boost your earning potential.
Whichever way you decide to go, whether that's hauling 7- or 9-axle loads, or pushing toward 13-axle and specialized freight, ATS is here to support you with the training, mentorship, and opportunities you need to be successful for the long haul.
Pay & Perks:
- Guaranteed pay for your first 8 weeks
- $1,550, $1,800, or $2,000 weekly (based on experience)
- Start at 77-80 cents per mile (CPM), based on experience
- $3,000 orientation bonus ($5,000 with Schnable experience)
- Weekly pay + direct deposit
- Per diem at no cost

What It Takes to Join the ATS Heavy Haul Team:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) experience
- At least 2 years of verifiable over-dimensional experience
- Meet DOT qualifications and maintain a safe driving record
