70% of linehaul + 100% of accessorials
Weekly take-home: $1,550-$2,250 after expenses
- Home weekends: avg. $1,550-$1,900/week
- Out two weeks: avg. $1,700-$2,250/week

Bonuses & Incentives

Sign-on bonus available (ask for details)
Completion bonuses:
- 1-year lease: $2,000
- 2-year lease: $8,000 total ($2,000 after Year 1, $6,000 after Year 2)

Lease Operator Requirements

Minimum 21 years old
Valid Class A CDL driver’s license
At least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience
Must meet DOT qualifications
