Quick Highlights:

• Guaranteed $1,300/week minimum pay for your first 12 weeks
• Start at 60-62 cents per mile (CPM), based on experience
• $1,000 orientation completion bonus
• Weekly home time
• Mostly no-touch freight
• Consistent, high-quality routes and miles
• Tiered weekly mileage bonus — run more, make more!
  • 1,900-1,999 miles: extra $100
  • 2,000-2,099 miles: extra $150
  • 2,100+ miles: extra $200

What You'll Need to Join the ATS Van Team:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months verifiable over-the-road (OTR) experience
• Meet DOT qualifications
• Safe driving record and verifiable work history
