What You Earn

• 70% of linehaul + 100% of accessorials
• Weekly take-home: $1,450-$2,200 after expenses
  • Home weekends: avg. $1,450-$1,900/week
  • Out two weeks: avg. $1,600-$2,200/week

Bonuses & Incentives

• Sign-on bonus available (ask for details)
• Completion bonuses:
  • 1-year lease: $2,000
  • 2-year lease: $8,000 total ($2,000 after Year 1, $6,000 after Year 2)

Lease Operator Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL driver’s license
• At least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience
• Must meet DOT qualifications
