Effective the 1st of the month following 90 days of continuous employment unless noted otherwise
Medical Insurance:
Two plans are available $500 or $750 deductible, in either Single, Employee +1 and Family coverage.
Dental Insurance:
Is available in either Single, Employee +1 and Family coverage
Life Insurance:
Basic Life is $30,000 coverage per employee
Supplemental Life Insurance:
Is available to the employee
Vacation Pay:
Is effective after one (1) year of continuos employment, based on 1/52 of the previous twelve (12) month's earnings
401k:
Eligible January 1 or July 1 after one (1) year of continuos employment.
